We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Security to lead our security operations and strategic initiatives. The Director of Security will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations, including but not limited to:
Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ assets and establishments.
Leading and managing a team of security personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Conducting risk assessments and developing comprehensive security plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns and mitigate risks.
Monitoring and evaluating security operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to continuously enhance security measures and protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Management Professional) are a plus
