Before joining the security industry, Angela built an award-winning career in marketing and experiential strategy, leading high-profile campaigns for global luxury brands such as Gucci, LVMH, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Her creative direction has shaped major destinations including Fifth Avenue, Coney Island, and the Tribeca Film Festival, bringing visibility and impact to every project she touches.

Executive Assistant to the CEO
Nani Borges – serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, J Pennyfeather, and has established herself as a key aide to daily operations. Utilizing her experience in the arts and hospitality, she has taken the lead in adding cultural sensitivity elements to training and facilitating client relations on behalf of J Pennyfeather. Karen Baez is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in healthcare operations and human resources. For 20 years, she served as a Program Manager at one of the largest hospitals in the DMV area.
She spearheaded numerous initiatives that improved operational efficiency and patient care. During her tenure, Karen successfully:
